I have been trained and certified as a member of SRES (Seniors in Real Estate Specialist). Specifically targeted to the needs of those clients over 50 years of age, I am trained in counseling on matters such as selling your home, buying rental property, managing capital gains, probate and estate tax implications, obtaining reverse mortgages, senior communities, and much more.
